        Clearly understaffed and not managed at all, always different people working there, last 2 times in past days, mid afternoon, completely closed. They never have my medication in stock despite me emails from Lloyds saying your prescription is ready to pick up. Absolute joke!

        No prescription stock. Told me they would send it back and I could go straight to Boots. Waited for Boots to open next day and wasnt surprised when they looked blankly back at me. Back to waste the GPs time again now.
