        The staff were kind and knowledgeable. They made me feel at ease and explained the whole process clearly. They did a wonderful job on my puppy and made her look and smell amazing! Really went the extra mile to provide excellent customer service! Will definitely be back!

        My cockapoo came out looking absolutely horrendous. With cuts on her back, legs etc. She was trembling from the experience. My cockapoo with my previous groomers was always happy on leaving and always looked lovely. She was totally hacked at here. I will not be using again. I've only left a star because I couldn't leave a review otherwise.

        Having been to the Groomroom East Grinstead, for several years with Jess my sproodle, I was very disappointed when Karen left earlier this year. We have had to go elsewhere whilst waiting for a replacement (bit hit & miss) Went back today, met by Izzy who does bathing booking in etc & Julie the stylist I was thrilled with the service, Julie did exactly as requested & my Jess looks & smells beautiful Very very happy, my compliments to Julie
