Just wanted to say a massive thank you for the service we received with you, sadly we lost our beautiful Dolly, I wanted always to remember her so had a private cremation, heart necklace and some paw prints all of which are beautiful. Chestnut lodge where considerate the whole process was extremely quick. Im glad I had the options I was given. Thank you all

Last month for the first time, we unfortunately had our cat NetNet pass away and decided to want to go for a cremation and found this place. Stephen and Ryan handling the emails and collection and return were fantastic and very respectful. Couldn't recommend this place more and thankyou for the help.

After Maurice had died, Chestnut Lodge made everything as easy as possible for me. They collected him from my vets in London and cremated him quickly. It was incredibly reassuring to know that Maurice was in safe hands, and made the grieving process easier.

My gorgeous 7 year old Spaniel was playin on Monday. Dead Friday. We drove 2 hours here because of the reviews. Respectful, empathetic from start to finish. Spotless Crem, so we knew it was just our Dog's ashes. Presentation of such sadness, second to none

What a caring and understanding team at Chestnut Lodge. Our beautiful Bianca passed away at home aged 17 and we were heartbroken. We wanted to do the best for her ourselves rather than through the vets so we contacted them and from that moment I felt they cared. We met Stephen who took Bianca off first and she was laid out complete with little pillow and blanket. We then chose a casket and was asked if we would like some of her fur as well. We picked her up today and felt we had done the best for her by using Chestnut Lodge. Professional caring and patient team. Thank you so much.
