I've been training with Jack for just under a year now and I can say with absolute confidence that I am in my best shape ever since starting with him! His tailored sessions push me to my limits and a bit further but his wit and encouragement motivate me to achieve my goals.

I have known jack for a while I have managed to lose 2 and half stone. Big thank you and still working on myself I never used to love using weights i am in love with them now jack has so much knowledge and is happy to answer any fitness questions I find with his help I am more focused on my goals motivated and most of all I enjoy our session he always finds a way of mixing things up I love doing boxing with him my favourite I am more confident when faced with new challenges you can expect to work hard and sweat even harder I recommend jack to anyone who wants to reach their goals he will definitely help you on reaching them

Ive been training with Jack for over 18 months now and I could not thank him enough for all the confidence (and results) hes helped me gain. For someone who used to even hate the thought of stepping into a gym, to now going 4/5 times a week, I wouldnt have had the motivation without him. Always have such a laugh in our weekly sessions, even when Im sweating buckets! Cheers pal

Ive been training with Jack for 6 months now, and alongside really aiding with my strength training and conditioning, he has also helped me recently with rehabilitation after an ankle injury. I would recommend him to anyone, he takes the time to listen to my goals and adjusts the plan accordingly, and is also very easy to get along with!
