I noticed different trainers working with clients over the year, and liked Plamen's approach. He is very personable and easy to get long with and has a low key but effective way of encouraging clients to make progress without you feeling you are being pushed too hard.
I have made more progress in four months working with Plamen than a year on my own. He put together a very comprehensive training programme which I enjoy and has made a difference to me physically. I hadn't understood well enough that I should keep pushing to make progress and that is one of the key things I learned from Plamen which really changed my mindset and approach to going to the gym. One of my other main goals was to loose weight. I did make some progress but not as much as I would like but that is my responsibility and I can't hold Plamen responsible for that. I highly recommend Plamen to anyone thinking about joining the gym but maybe being too intimidated to do so, or others like me who reached a plateau and need a nudge and some direction to get to the next level. Thanks Plamen !
