Ive been training with Rosemary since April 2018 (initially to help with weight loss for my wedding in December 2018) and have continued my sessions with her as Ive been enjoying them so much! Ive learnt a lot about my body in that time, my strengths and areas where I need to improve (lunges are my nemesis!), shes helped me every step of the way - despite life throwing things in the way. Incredibly down to earth, knowledgable and lovely to work with, highly recommend if you are looking to improve your fitness or a beginner like I was :)

Although I have always maintained a fairly healthy lifestyle I have noticed as I have got older I have lost some of my strength and flexibility and although I do a fair amount of walking with my dog I needed guidance and encouragement to exercise. I started working with Rosemary as my PT in July, she instinctively knew what I needed and worked out a personalised programme with me, she makes it enjoyable, also varies it from week to week and gives me homework. It has only been 2 months but I have noticed the improvement in my overall fitness. I look forward to her sessions every week and have no hesitation in recommending her services regardless of your age.
