I cannot recommend Elly highly enough! I had been struggling with Vertigo, BPPV, dizziness caused by certain positions. A slight dizzy spell one morning of a few seconds led to a permanent feeling of being unable to function properly for days. A visit to Elly to complete the Epley Manoeuvre and I was instantly relieved of it!! Cannot thank you enough. I knew it was BPPV as I had no hearing loss or ear pain, I saw a doctor first. Elly was caring and confident and put me at ease, she explained what she would do and carried out the procedure perfectly! BPPV is just awful. The Epley Manoeuvre can seem daunting but Elly will see you through it with ease.

Elaine listened to how I described my shoulder injury, and only when she had a complete understanding of the problem did she begin treatment. The improvement was slow, due to the nature of the injury, but was ongoing and showed progress after every visit. Six weeks later, my shoulder has regained complete movement and I am very grateful to Elaine and Total Health Osteopathy.

I met Elaine at my gym, and I'm so glad that I did. I have been running marathons for over 10 years and the training doesn't always go smoothly. Thankfully every pain/niggle that I've encountered, Elaine has managed to sort out so quickly and prevent them from developing into an injury. She has an extensive knowledge and is multi talented when it comes to treatment. Professional and friendly at the same time, I'm always at ease when I see her. I would HIGHLY recommend.
