Alexander Opticians

Having had mistakes on my prescriptions twice with two different high street opticians I went to Alexanders after a recommendation from a friend. From the start the service was so professional as well as funny and friendly. I had some complicated requirements and was very indecisive about my frames. The staff were all super helpful and 100% focused on helping me get glasses that I loved and that worked for me. I wouldnt go anywhere else and would definitely recommend to a friend.

We cannot recommend this opticians enough to people. Unfortunately we had some issues at a high street shop for my son. We found out Alexander opticians did tomato glasses which would be best suited for my son. Alex was so friendly and excellent with my son. We are so grateful for all his help. My sons glasses were ready to be collected very quickly, a really great service!

I have been a customer for 25+ years at the family-run practice. They have looked after me brilliantly when I was living in Forest Row and I decided to continue visiting them when I moved to Findon Valley, West Sussex. Everyone working there are professional, attentive and very customer-friendly. I highly recommend them to you!!!

I was nervous about finding a new optical practice, and I am so pleased I found Alexander Opticians. I bought new glasses and needed them quickly as my sunglasses had been stolen. Alex called various lens suppliers to find one that could turn it around in time. He kept me informed all the way from order to delivery and his measurements were spot on! Thanks very much for brilliant service, Ill be back next year for another pair of glasses!

I always had problematic eyes and finding the right match is difficult for me, I had been to other optometrists in the past but Alex was very patient and he had no issue with sending the lenses back to the lab for amendment, time and time again until they were perfect, I do appreciate Alex's patience and determination to get the lenses perfect and I am very happy with my glasses, I will definitely recommend Alexander Opticians"
