From my first contact with Ben Spillard at Volvo Crawley a few weeks ago to the pick up of our new XC90 yesterday, the customer service received from Ben has been exemplary. He always kept me informed of progress throughout the process, very efficient in preparing and providing the required paperwork and answering my numersous questions and was perfect on his estimated timings with regards to delivery times etc. Overall it was a very pleasant and extremely efficient service received. The one downside (though not Ben's fault) was the rather underwhelming handover experience. Having purchased new (and expensive) car, it would have been nice to make the process a little more personal and special (e.g. a simple ribbon on the car, unveiling, etc) - but it was a rather 'matter of fact' type of approach and left us little underwhelmed However, it was extremly efficient, with all documents prepared, Ben spent as much time with us that we needed to walk us through the car controls and set up app, etc Would I recommend Volvo Crawley to friend and family? Absolutely! I just hope the management take onborad my feedback regards the handover process and make a few simple adjustments to make it a little more special overall still justifies 5-star rating, for efficiency and the dealings with Ben.

My husband and I arrived at Harwoods Crawley last Saturday and were warm welcomed by the receptionist and the sales representative Ben Spillard with whom we had arranged to take a test drive in a Volvo |XC40. Unfortunately it was not suitable for us but Ben was extremely helpful and recommended a Volvo XC60 on display and we had a test drive. Absolutely delighted with the drive, spec and the overall car. Ben explained all the features of the vehicle and was very knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful answering all of our question with ease. Needless to say we bought the car and are extremely happy with our purchase. Sheila Kirton
