        Rude staff who followed me out the shop to tell me my payment hadn't gone through and when I told them my payment had gone through twice now was totally uninterested. Luckily it was only a few pounds but would have been annoyed if it was more money. Also a huge queue. Obviously incompetent.

        They open over an hour late and literally never answer the phone which makes me wonder why they have phones. As long as you have no expectations of decent service then your fine.
