Chloe Nails

I came into Chloe to have a new set of acrylic nails after a disaster somewhere else. I also have Psoriasis on my fingertips and I was extremely anxious about having acetone put on my nails to take the other set off. I had a young man carry out the treatment and he was so gentle. Thank you for showing so much empathy and for communicating throughout the entire treatment to see if I was okay. I feel very safe at Chloe nails and with the quality of the products they use. Not a very pleasant or friendly experience. Feels very in and out with no friendly chit chat. Went for a manicure, the French white tip on the nails was very white (giving a fake look) with no nude top coat to make it look more natural, and the nail artists spoke with their colleagues in another language, make you feel like they didnt care about their customer. Then when it came to drying the nails, I was left at the drying bench and no one came back for me, so I got up and waited 5 mins to pay. When it came to paying, a different member of staff said it would cost 18 (was 15 when booking), which I queried and she just stared at me. Wont be going back Service: Manicure

Been here several times and always leave with gorgeous nails. My new nail place, sometimes theres a little bit of a wait but definitely worth it

Had a manicure and pedicure from this place and developed a nasty fungal infection from the toos they used, which is going to take months to resolve if at all... the manicure was very painful with the technician cutting my cuticles too far which left me bleeding on most of my fingers. If I could give the place less than 1 star I would. I do NOT recommend this place at all. Services: Manicure, Pedicure, Nail painting
