Absolutely shocking!!!! My daughter had acrylic nails done and not only did they looked horrendous but her fingers had several cuts where they had made her bleed with the nail file. She was quite upset and politely explained she was not happy with them but their response was to be rude and aggressive and telling her she still has to pay 37 They obviously have zero customer service skills as well as being useless nail technicians.

AVOID!!! Had a infill today was such a bad experience, my nails are so thick they look terrible my previous nail colour is still showing! Charged me more then expected too , very rude and un professional.

I will never go there again. Went there today for infill and my nails look patchy. The girl has done them so quick, she didnt even ask me the shape and added clear gel on top of my nails which were full of dust from the filling. I regret going there, I previously had another bad experience with them and stopped going and now I did the mistake of going again. Needless to say that the infill was 18 and they charged me 20. I do not recommend and I will never go there again!
