Travelled from Sheffield to Crawley BCA to pick up a car, over 200mile (24/04/2023). On the way hit road works and an accident.
Pick up time was 4-5pm, I didnt get there till 5.50pm after speaking to a customer service adviser on the phone who said dont get there any later than 5.30pm as thats when they close. Met security guy called Andre I believe on the gate who rang and spoke to a manager. He came down and met us at the entrance, Didnt get his name but was a youngish lad..went out of his way and they both opened gates and bought the vehicle out for me (Honda Jazz, just stating for reference so they know who I am incase they read this) Absolutely brilliant service, went above and beyond when they didnt need to thanks again to Andre and the manager who understood stuff can happen on route.
