I was just scammed by the Gatwick Money Gram staff. I would like to give 0 stars if I could... I need some in cash for travelling, and I have confirmed with the staff twice for the cash machines because it is not showing the option for , the staff told me just take from the machine, I did so because I thought he could exchange that for me or there would be another solution. Right after I took 100 from the machine, the staff had a peek on my cash and quickly just walked away, hid from me ignored me I was not planned to risk my money while traveling, and it just wasted the transaction fee For the exchange because I was using my account to take out .... Very disappointing experience, poor trained staff, false information.

Changed money here and the person said they buy it back at the same extortionate rate I paid. When I came to do this they wouldn't. There solution was to come back another day and speak to a manager! Don't use this place. Change money at your destination

Such inaccuracy in explaining the exchange rate. First time in my life I paid more Pounds to buy the same quantity of Euros. This was not made clear to me. I am extremely unhappy about this lack of clarity. I paid over 106 GBP for 100 Euros. The same day I had paid only 88 GBP for 100 Euros at a currency exchange in Central London so the rate was definitely different that day (and definitely showed that GBP was stronger than Euros). Such a rip off. I had exchanged money together with other currencies and asked again how much pound I would exchange. He said it is 100 GBP into 100 Euros which was obviously wrong. This should have been made more clear. Instead he praised that there were no additional fees on my exchange. I will definitely not come back and cannot recommend this place at all. I would have not exchanged for Euros if I had known, I would pay for Pounds for it (never happened to me ever before).
