After my phone was locked and having been to O2 Brighton, Joe was good but didn't solve prob I spoke to Samsung, Craig was great. He advised ee in Crawley for an engineer. Service in ee was dreadful, best advice was to go to Sanbei. Technician was amazing, not only did he unlock and reset my phone (which O2 and ee couldn't do), he was patient, nothing too much trouble and whilst he multitasking. Serving, repairing, taking calls, advising. All very professional and polite. Great can't recommend enough and 20 well spent. Apolgies, didn't ask your name...you know who you are. Thanks

I came to change the display to a macbook, they said that they would put a new original one for 320 pounds, when it was changed, it turned out that it was used, there were chips on the case, but that's not all, it turned out that True Tone did not work on the macbook, and the master did not even know how it worked, after all this he indicated the price of 360 pounds. I do not recommend going to this service center

I went into this amazing store on Saturday 11th 2023 and what a legend of a guy I asked him to fit my s21 screen protector for me and he did it for free. This is customer service at its finest treating people well in 2023
