Great service! I needed a ring valued as I wanted to know whether the ring was worth the price. I received a detailed concise written report (not an official documentation) - as requested. Karra constantly responded to my questions, keeping me updated via Facebook messenger. Karra was so friendly and helpful, she gave me a detailed breakdown of the make up of my piece of jewelery. Karra also gave me lots of helpful advice on what to do with my item. Booking in with karra was so easy she is very responsive and explained exactly what she does and offered lots of options for s very reasonable price! I would highly recommend karra and her friendly and professional service!

I needed a watch and a ring valued for insurance purposes at short notice, Karra managed to fit me in within a day, she came to our house, was very friendly and professional offering extensive knowledge and tips on both diamonds and watches. She managed to complete the valuation and provide certicates within one day (other companies quoted 2-3 weeks). I would fully reccomend her! 5 star service

I used Karra at Crystal Clear to value some silver I inherited in order to itemise it on my house insurance. Karra was on time, very friendly, and sent me a very well ordered and thorough valuation pack one week later. I'd highly recommend.
