        Absolutely shocking exprince at Reid's gatwick airport! The black gay guy at the shop need to be sacked! I have been shopping at Reid Brighton and st Christopher place for many years, but really disappointed and fealt let down by the stuffs at the Reid's gatwick airport! Very rude manner! Note for HR, please either train the black gay guy at this branch or sack him!

        Worst customer service. As in absolutely none!!!! I took one item into the changing room and it was too large. I asked for the smaller size and they had to ask me which item it was I had!!!! Then a man asked if he could try something on. They didn't help him to the changing room so he walked into mine, whilst I was undressing! The poor man was mortified! I then suggested maybe less chatting and more customer service. After 2 mins they reslised the man still wasn't in the changing room as he was too scared to try and open another curtain. They then assisted him and immediately went back to gossiping!!! I don't expect service in places like Primark but do you know what it is far superior to what Reiss provided me with today. I actually loved the green play suit but refused to buy it on principle!!!!
