A company with shocking customer service. The personnel employed who we have managed to communicate with (after great difficulty and struggle) have been unresponsive, disinterested and with a sole financially-driven mentality. This company make every effort not to help you, rather than the other way around! In our view they are rude, lack empathy and don't care about their customers or the general public. Many of their staff would benefit from further training or perhaps being replaced. For such a large company you should be ashamed - ignorant, unresponsive and disinterested in the consumer unless there is a financial gain.

An absolute shambles. As a customer during the COVID-19 pandemic I purchased some highly expensive equipment from the company. I paid for 75-80% of this as cash and was promised the remainder on a finance agreement. No agreement was ever forthcoming and no formal documents were produced. Without engaging with me productively with any form of effective communication the company decided to ask for immediate payment of the full sum without taking any liability for not setting up the finance agreement that was discussed. When I have tried to resolve the issue and discuss this with them - their response has been simply to take the matter into legal proceedings - despite the fact I have confirmed I am happy to pay the outstanding balance that I have not disputed. This company has a high staff turnover, has poorly trained staff who lack communication skills and have no conscience to accept responsibility when they make mistakes. They devalue smaller businesses and customers who dont place large orders for multiple items and they mislead and misrepresent items to potential customers. Customers are treated as criminals and their service overall is embarrassingly bad. They dont listen to feedback and dont try to help - particularly feel disappointed as we are a small business trying to recover following the pandemic and we have made a large investment (for us) via them. My requirement has also recently broken and they have not shown any urgency to help have this repaired. I am losing income on a daily basis due to this and once again - they take no action which can only translate to not caring about their customers. Id stay well away from this company and seek alternatives - there are plenty of other companies who offer the same equipment/materials/service and offer a friendly, value for money and high-quality attitude.
