They picked up my dc40 and after couple days need fo change a few parts,that will cost me 119 GBP,I said you get a new one from 200 GBP. So finally I ended up paying 35GBP for their pick up and drop off service.

Engineer called out on the 23 July , told me I need some new parts for the Dyson, called back last week with the wrong part... still wait for a re-visit really not happy with their customer service or pricing... to be continued !

Excellent service. I have one of their service plans and a part of my vacuum cleaner broke just before Christmas and a big party!! I called in in a bit of a panic and they dispatched the part straightaway. Thank you very much! Good job.
