My car was here to have it's rear bumper replaced and although it took a while for the bumper to be replaced, the delay was down to the insurers dragging their heels. I am delighted with the repair and the help from the staff onsite when I came to pick up my car, and they were professional. I do apollogise for initially showing my frustration. Again, it seems that the insurers have a tendency to take their time. Thank you to everyone who got my 61-reg Fiesta back on the road. I do however have very sad news to announce because that Fiesta was written off through no fault of my own back in March.
