First rate from start to finish. I wanted to update our portable TV in the bedroom and was not sure about the possibility of one being wall mounted so I called Scott Brothers to ask. They sent their installers to visit that same afternoon to check things, complete with cardboard cut outs to check sizing. A decision was made that we would update the TV in the lounge (purchased from Scott Brothers) and the existing one from the lounge would be put on a wall bracket in the bedroom. From the initial call, to the aerial installer from Scott Brothers to their own TV installers their work and customer service is first class. I cannot praise them highly enough and their attention to detail is top rate. Hopefully the Sky engineer fitting the new Sky Q boxes will be as focused. I totally recommend Scott Brothers and they will always be my first choice for anything similar in the future.

We have dealt with David and Martin at Scott Brothers for over 10 years. Without any hesitation, I can say they offer the best TV/HiFi installation and follow up service I have experienced. We recently moved back to the South East and have had 3 TVs and a surround sound system installed. David and Martin personally take responsibility for every aspect from selection of product to delivery pre visit to home and installation and follow up. In these days of internet buying, it is a wonderful reminder of local service delivered impeccably. I highly recommend them and will always return when I need any TV or Hi Fi equipment and installation.

David and Martin did all my AV set up in what was a new extension. This involved moving 2 older wide screens and also mounting a new 77 inch on a purpose built media wall. They were happy to attend on site for meetings with my builders and electrician. The new TV and sky box are now hard wired into the Ethernet. I cannot speak highly enough of their work ethic and attention to detail. They are highly skilled in all things AV and also leave your home tidy afterwards. Whats more they charge a very reasonable price too.
