Unhelpful lettings staff purely biased to landlords and rude. Claire on sales was lovely and helpful and always pleasant.

1 viewing in 2.5 months Valued at their price! After having a valuation from a viewing I liked their sales pitch. I only realised that after 2.5 months that their sales pitch is to unrealistically overprice a property so you go with them! A classic move, or an incompetent one? Asking for further valuations from another 2 estate agents they confirmed with them the pricing was 50k out laughing at the price valuation! If they were intelligent you could almost see this as a trick so that all the properties in the area look like they are with them...they are because they don't sell! Unfortunately the teams inner communication was abysmal. When left to rearrange potential viewings you would never hear back. It takes 3 calls same day from YOU chasing to try and arrange viewing as you can't make the hour slot said time. Then another member of the team calls back starting the conversation over again completely oblivious to all prior communication. I wonder if all the people who were interested in the property just gave up and never got as far as a viewing due to such poor organisational skills. After sending several emails at the lack of any activity, we noticed that walking into town several times, our property wasn't shown in their window on several occasions. The last time no ones properties were instead some sticks.... They did not respond well to the criticism of their poor service at all and just removed the property from their books without further communication. PS no sign up contracts ever received.
