I dealt with Danielle who was lovely and listened, actually got my property request spot on , but then I seemed to be passed over to Ed when it came to the offers / money getting involved , sadly he isnt as polite or helpful even found him arrogant which has put me off viewing anything else with them now. Such a shame when you have staff like Danielle.

I cannot tell you a better experience Ive had with Mayhews. Always in your corner with supportive and caring staff. A special mention to Karen, the most helpful, knowledgeable, empathetic person. I could not have completed without her expertise and guidance. A true credit to the company! Also Ed and Danielle were great too! Lots of love for Mayhews!

Absolutely epic customer service (S&D) and even better after sales support! You know who you are (K!) Feels so good to be so pleasantly surprised! Very highly recommended - Honest and straight talking. (Beware of other Horley Estate Agents with fixed fees that may not be all they seem!)

Excellent property sale and purchase experience. I spoke to three estate agents and decided to work with Mayhews. Everyone at the Horley branch is friendly, competent and professional. Matthew helped ensure the sale of our property and Karen helped reduce unnecessary delays by chasing and communicating with all parties on our property purchase.

Pre-offer, the experience was great, given the deadlines we were fit in for quick viewings and negotiations happened quickly with the vendors on our behalf. Post sale was excellent, being helped every step of the way. Mayhews helped us chase the vendors and solicitors made the process easier and timely, as well as provided advice and guidance on the whole process. We are very pleased with the experience and would certainly recommend to others
