I can thoroughly recommend the iStore -Apple Crawley, I recently purchased a new iPad, the young man was very helpful , I do not know much about iPads , he helped me choose new one and he set it up for me and totally synced it to my old now non working one so that I did not loose any content, he managed all this without making me feel like an idiot , eternally grateful, thank you xx

Got a new iPhone 14 plus from the Crawley Istore Apple Crawley Id move from a iPhone 7plus The guy was really helpful transferring all my profile ,data and pictures was ready to go after about 35 minutes Would certainly recommend the store to anyone

Booked appointment for a battery replacement for my iPhone 8. I included all these details in the booking and hence opportunity to reply if issue. Visited store, where I was asked what I needed and my iPhone model. All of which in the booking. They checked the battery stock, none for my iPhone. Only solution was the leave my phone whilst the battery was procured from Apple. There is no process that enables a order without phone retention or ability to buy the battery and take it back. I understand that these are Apple processes and procedure that the resellers have no option but follow. The entire process needs revision, a simple thing to do in Apple should there be a willingness to do so. The store looks fine and the service efficient and courteous, so no criticism of the individuals.
