        A lovely bright store conveniently located in the centre of town. There is always a bargain to be found here. If staff were more friendly I would have gave 5 stars.

        Staff are aways friendly and helpful. Pricing is fair, just make sure you look after your gear to get the best prices. I have been getting store vouchers lately so I can swap for things I currently want, and its all been great.

        Waited for ages to sell a tablet. Online price was 35 shop told us 30, had to return after 30minutes for them to check it out then told28 by bank transfer as they had no cash! Why the reduction the rude unresponsive staff had no clue, so took the tablet back home. Really poor disgusting service.

        I've been dealing with CEX for few years now but it was a first time at Crawley shop. It's good size, well stocked with polite and friendly staff. Unfortunately the queue can get very long especially on weekends so please allow possible 20min extra time for that.
