        I strongly advise not to rent through Taylor Robinson. They happily lease out unliveable properties and take no action to rectify issues despite being told throughout the full year tenancy. Now we are leaving they all of a sudden want to fix things because they know nobody else will rent the property in it's state but happily let us live in it for a year. Avoid!

        In the interest of not starting a slanging match with the owner... we will have to agree to disagree on this. Overall, we felt we didn't receive great service compared to other estate agents we have used in the past.
