Lovely range of kitchens, colours, textures, finishes and designs. Excellent assistance from helpful accommodating staff guiding our decision on our plan for our kitchen. I would recommend them.

Diane @ Crawley depot has been amazing. She offered her opinion and opened my eyes to different options for the kitchen. I highly recommend Diane for her expertise.

Visited the Crawley Magnet branch 3 weeks ago, initial experience was very pleasant, nicely greeted by staff, and subsequently booked a design appointment for 2pm today. However this time upon arrival, no one to greet us, the staff that were present didnt acknowledge us waiting. After 5 minutes, I enquired and was rudely informed by the member of staff who that there was no booking, that they were busy and we would need to contact them again to rebook. No apology, no offer to rebook at the time. Frustrating as its over an hour round drive just to visit, and as we had made child care arrangements to enable the appointment.
