Life Changing! This is not just about anger, but the triggers and causes of anger. It does take a brave heart to look in the mirror and commitment to make changes in your life and behaviour, but only you can do this. The approach in this course was what resonated with me the way I have not been able to move forward in other types of counselling or therapy. There are no quick fixes, but it helped me to see a different way to live my life in a way that didn't result in hurt, anger and shame. I am happier at home with my family, with wider family and friends, as well as at work. Situations will always come up that may be challenging, but I have learned to see them, take time and respond in a way that I couldn't before. I have been able to find peace and happiness to unlock many of the things that have limited my growth and ability to be present. My mental health has improved and it gets easier as time goes on to make this my 'normal'. I can't recommend this course enough!

I attended a weekend course and found it to be extremely valuable and eye-opening. It gave me real insight into my feelings and behaviour, and those of the people around me. I would highly recommend this.

I went on a course knowing that Mike was seen by peers as a leader in the field, but even so, far from certain that he could help me to turn around a life long problem. I have a long way to go but I have already started on a new path which, even as a cynic, I know to be sustainable. I only wish this resource had been available when I was younger. 'Life changing' is, sadly, an overused phrase but here, it is entirely appropriate.

Stunning course that changed my life completely. Any regrets? Only that i wish I had read Mikes brilliant books and had the guts to attend this course years earlier. This has been simply the best change (for good) and personal investment in me that I have made to date after fifty seven (at times) hugely challenging life- years. Mike Fisher is authentic, passionate & committed in taking people through this journey, and it is worth noting that you get out what you put in ! Mikes course quite simply has saved me from a persistent downward spiral and helped me turn my life around for the better. This course very much was the foundation of personal recovery, and the start of a very much more fulfilling and authentic life. I will never forget what Mike Fisher did for me - am awesome human being! X

I cannot thank Mike and his team enough. They have helped me to deal with an aspect of my life that, at one point was a damaging and dangerous part of me. With the tools and skills I have gained, I have dramatically changed my lifestyle and the way I act when im stressed. Anger is a gift that has allowed me to find peace and happiness.
