When we arrived there wasn't a massive queue and there were plenty of staff so there was no excuse for the state of the restaurant. Honestly it looked like they had a chimps tea party. There was food everywhere, more on the floor than on the tables, there wasn't a full set of chairs for even 1 table for 4. Not one table was clean, dried sticky syrups and sauces on all of them so we had to pick the best of the bad.
The food was cold and just really disappointing, I would've taken it back but we didn't have time to wait as it took a fair amount of time to get the first order ready.
If this Burger King is a franchise I hope the Manager of the Service station reads this and puts some foot in Burger King's backside because the state of that seating area is appalling and is a total embarrassment and a let down to the rest of the facilities.
