        Order placed for items `in stock`, had to chase a week later to be told not in stock, would be availablefor despatch in two weeks... another week later, nothing....yet another company happy to take money on order rather than dispatch, along wih zero communication. Shop elswhere.....

        I ordered some stainless wood screws from them and after a couple of weeks had still not arrived. Notified supplier who immediately replaced the order and they arrived the next day. Great customer service.

        I love this place. Find any screw, nut, bolt known to mankind... highly specialised place, so much more inspiring than homebase or wickes, but then this place is for every shape and size of a very limited type of thing. BTW, they have moved 100 meters down the road to the corner of Hills rd and Willard Way.
