        Sent faulty bag back, it takes up to 28 days for replacement, after 28 days I contact them, they said they would ring back in 10 minutes, alas they didnt, after going above their head I got a response, because the bag was a sale item and cost 89 I could only chose another bag of that price or less, a bit difficult to find any leather bag at that price so they refused to replace a bag of similar size style etc as it was 107, we offered to pay the difference but they wouldnt take payment over the phone so they did refund the money but very disappointed as they should have replaced it as a good Will gesture and Im sure it will go down in price in their next sale !! I will not be buying from a Ted Baker store at an airport again
