We had the pleasure of dealing with Cubitt & West Horley when we were buying our house. During the process I was in touch with Ellie, Donna and Rosie and they are all absolutely lovely. I was receiving regular updates, I had my questions answered to their best knowledge and in timely manner and they were also very helpful with 'chasing' the seller and solicitors as we needed to complete before certain deadline. I would choose Cubitt & West again any time.

We recently moved house and used Cubitt and West Horley. They were amazing from start to finish. Initiallly we were dealing with Ellie, who showed us around some properties and also arranged and secured the buyers for our house. Ellie was always informative, professional and friendly. We always had prompt responses to our emails and she kept us updated with any progress. Once the chain was complete Rosie became our point of contact. all enquiries we raised were dealt with quickly and efficiently, she was always happy to help. Without Rosie assisting with contacting and 'chasing' our solicitors and seller I don't think we would have completed. She went above and beyond. I was 37 Weeks pregnant at the time and she understood the delays (from the solicitors) were becoming stressful and she did everything she could to make the whole experience as stress-free as possible. Rosie and Ellie are both a massive credit to Cubitt and West and we would certainly use them again in the future.
