when i went in weekend too busy but went in during week served by a lovely lady who u could tell enjoyed her job....trained by an expert no doubt josh lol. 11 out of 10 for yr service

As the Wolf in Wall Street operates here I will leave it to your concept of what the statement conveys for you to reach your own opinion of whether you should use them or not... Disgraceful in the ultimate..

Writing this 5 star review for the staff in the Crawley EE store today 18th April 2023. All very friendly and helpful. In particular Rachel who specifically dealt with my enquiry. Initially I went in as my phone was broken/unresponsive. She advised the cost to repair, however luckily for me I was at the end of my contract and was eligible for an upgrade so I did this instead of the repair. She spent a good amount of time to review exactly what I required with my phone, and what deal was the best to give me the cheapest option available for the phone I wanted, storage and text/call/data option. She was so amazing and we had a lovely chat whilst she remained focused and on point during my experience. Highly recommend Rachel if you visit this store. Couldnt fault her in any way. Thank you!
