        Very poor customer service, their ATM was taking cards and had been for a while but the staff refused to put an out of service notice on it. The supervisor on Saturday evening st 20:45 was unhelpful and said there was nothing they could do. Clearly more training in customer care/service is required. Meanwhile the customers are using the ATM. avoid in future.
