Cubitt and West have been brilliant to deal with in our property searches. Although we have chosen a different property under a different estate agent, I was still incredibly impressed with Cubitt and West enough to leave a review. I was especially impressed with just how professional, friendly, patient and genuine the staff are, particularly Cailean Burns and Victoria Johnson, which can be quite a rarity when house hunting! The properties Cailean and Victoria approached us about were always fantastic and appropriate for what we asked for. Without fail, Cailean and Victoria would also follow up for feedback always with a genuine interest to help us and we never felt hassled or made to feel we were wasting their time. Definitely recommend this estate agents and particularly for Victoria and Cailean who are a breath of fresh air and a real asset to this company!

Since first point of contact as a Vendor I was dealt with efficiently and professionally, being an ex estate agent myself I had certain expectations on customer service, I am pleased to say these were gladly met!
