White & Sons Horley

White & Sons have supported us all the way, on a long and bumpy road. We were dealing with a house sale to allow an international move, just as the market started to shift in Spring time 2022. It took much longer for the house to sell than we had hoped, but White & Sons explored every avenue of finding us more interest. Once an offer was accepted there we ended up with a complicated chain, but the team have really been there every step of the way to see it through to the end. Big thank you to James and the team!

It was a very long process for us to buy our house. We placed an offer that was accepted around 8 months ago, and we only just exchanged due to the length of the chain but also a lot of failings from our own solicitors and the sellers solicitors. James Richards from White and Sons Horley was the only person during this experience who offered clarity. He was always clear, to the point, honest and understanding as to how stressed we were that we were close to losing this house. He always responded to emails promptly, got back to us over the phone as soon as he could and I always felt listened to and that I had made progress after touching base with him. I believe we potentially would have not exchanged on the property and lost the house if it wasnt for James intervening with our solicitors, advising us what to do and bridging the communication gaps between the solicitors.
