        Its an absolute pleasure being able to give 5 stars (10 if I could). I have a beautiful Celtic cross that I needed to buy a chain for as I unfortunately broke the original. I went into the shop and explained my predicament and the sales lady was brilliant giving me great advice and selling me absolutely what I needed. A credit to the company. Thank you.

        Lovely customer service by lady named Nala. I think she may have been abit new however she really went out her way to find the information we were looking for. Myself and my husband ended up purchasing 3-4 items in the end!

        Date of purchase - Feb 7 2022, This ring was carried to USA, worn first on Feb 10 2022.. there are marks on the inside of the ring.. it's a silver and gold ring, costed 175 GBP.. noticed marks on Feb 24 2022.. tried cleaning it thinking it was a stain or dirt but no, it is not, it is deteriorating layer and I suspect they are having a silver outer layer and fooling customers.. asked my wife to take it back on her return to UK, and ask for replacement.. pics included This place is dodgy at best, from other reviews, don't buy from it.. in two weeks a ring deteriorated like that, and I have worn other silver rings for the last 14 years, definitely something is not right, may be intentional
