        We had kitchen worktops fitted in October last year. The presale service and communication was great and we're happy with the stone and appearance. However, from there onwards it hasn't been great. Once I'd paid, our queries on the way the sinks had been fitted were ignored and our builder had explained the way it was done they would not normally do. I've since realised they have not been glued in properly (potentially down to the poor cut out of the worktop that they did) and we have a leak from the sinks. My emails on the topic are ignored which is in stark contrast to anything pre-sale.

        Had Quartz worktops installed on Monday 13th March to replace old woodblock laminate. The whole process of ordering, measuring on site, supply and installation (within ten days of visiting the showroom) was seamless. The two craftsmen who performed their magic, were on time, highly efficient, very polite and very tidy. The whole job was finished within 3 hours. Highly recommended!! Service: Countertops
