        I used to work here, positive staff progression programmes in place and furthering staffs knowledge and confidence. Positive experience for the 6 years I worked here and would recommend personally myself. Manager is constantly looking for ways to improve and update the setting. I only left due to having my own baby, to which I can assure will attend this setting when I get myself back to work in the future.
