        Rented a property from shilan, most of the staff are nice but the owner or manager Kelly is to rude and has no customer service at all. Forgets to do things we required and has no respect. I would not recommend this agency to anyone.

        I contacted shillan property regarding a house rental , lady on the phone took my name and number and said she would contact me to let me know when viewings will be avaliable, I heard nothing back so I got my partner to ring the estate agency today to find out that viewings for the property had already taken place . Very unprofessional.
