Birchwood Medical Practice

Regarding blood test taken February 22nd. The nurse booked for appointment was unavailable so another nurse covered. This nurse was brisk & unpleasant. I had a query about the test & her immediate response was " you don't want the test then ! " she was unprepared to listen. All my professional life I've worked as a nurse so I understand the pressures but her attitude is not the way to treat a patient. I have found all other staff at Birchwood helpful & a pleasure.

I had such a positive experience with this practice. The reception staff were so helpful and friendly. The Dr was very thorough and friendly.

We have been patients in this surgery for two years and have had positive experiences so far. Every time we have had issues, we were given an appointment, we were seen, listened to and felt respected even if we were going back with the same issue. All the GPs that we have been seen by have been nice, professional and have referred us for further tests when asked/needed to. We have had negative experiences at other previous surgeries before so we are glad that we are registered in one where we feel that the GPs do really care and put us first, thankful for their time and effort.

Extremely 3rd class services. Its only the first time it happened but all time What an answer given to me by receptionist that she can't do anything. Doctor was very nice.

I changed score of review because despite the eConsult did not work (because after 20 min on hold, I needed another option); it keeps saying that the service is available only on week days... it is Tuesday!! But when I needed to see a GP for my son, they did amazing and were super helpful.
