        I want to express my utmost appreciation for "The Gym" in Crawley and my personal trainer, Martin Constable. "The Gym" offers the best value for money fitness facility in Crawley. Martin Constable's expertise, support, and understanding each client's individual needs approach have been truly remarkable in helping me to slowly build up my fitness goals. I highly recommend "The Gym" Crawley and Martin Constable for an exceptional fitness experience.

        Its the first gym that made me do workouts regularly. Everything is clever and convenient in the gym. I visit it in daytime and there are never long queues. The coaches are friendly and professional. I had a couple of meetings with coach Michelle who was happy to help and knows virtually everything about fitness. Great place for great price. Five stars from me.

        The gym and its facilities and machines are fantastic, lovely staff who are welcoming and will help with any queries or questions and a great overall atmosphere when coming into the gym. My only one negative would just be that sometimes when the machines are broken they take a significant amount of time to get fixed which can pose as a problem on occasion.
