Accessibility: Honestly I avoid going in as much as possible because the carpet is clearly very old and it's wonky. It's difficult to go through the store in my wheelchair because the carpet is always throwing me off to the side randomly so I almost hit shelves or other people. There's a reasonable amount of space between the shelves though and there is a lift which isn't very big and is a bit tight at the door because of displays, but is still usable. If not for the carpet I think it would be pretty good. The post office area has smooth wooden floors and low down counters with space underneath, but you do need to go through the carpeted area to get there. I've never had any issues with the staff in either WH Smiths or the post office.
