        Following an accident my car was picked up, a courtesy car delivered. Updates were informative and my repaired car returned sooner than expected. Polite staff . If I had to be picky - I was a long time hanging around waiting for car to be returned- a more accurate time of delivery would have been helpful. Car is beautifully repaired-like new,.
