        Blew out an emergency job. Called auth 8pm, said he'd be 45 minutes or so then turned his phone off. Sorted a missed payment out on the phone with him, then he said he'd be 45 minutes and never showed. Then lied about ever saying he'd go, despite it being on a call recording? Don't know who he's kidding? No only unreliable but a liar to boot.

        Called to alert me to arrival time. efficient and worked to the time estimated. Worked solidly and hardly even stopped to drink his coffee. The name and number is now in my book as 'My Heating Engineer'
