        Very lazy and incompetent care taker who's absolutely worthless! The Parking contractors who the property maintenance employ are crooks!!. Handing out tks like they are sweeties, for No reason? I have a residence parking permit and I'm allowed to load/off load in the loading area, It makes no sense. always a Rat infestation, it's right on one of the busiest dual carriage ways. I'm surprised its passed building Regs?!!
