        I had an eye test with Anna Luisa this morning and she was probably one of the most professional, kind and informative Optometrists that I have had an eye test with.

        Been with boots for 15 yrs but you've lost a customer. This branch never answers their phone, never contacted me to let me know glasses had arrived. Waited almost 2 months. Appalling service.

        Very poor advice on a "freckle", apparently nothing to really worry about... come back in 2 years! Fortunately, I went elsewhere and 15 months later I was diagnosed with a large cancerous choroidal melanoma. I have had proton beam but still on a long cancer journey which will never be over. I get we do not have crystal balls and everyone is different but please if you get told you have a freckle or anything not quite right get checked at least every 6 months! I, however will not be using Boots again. I'd give 0 stars if it would post!
