Boots Opticians

I recently visited the Boots Opticians in Horley and was impressed by their professionalism and helpfulness. The staff made me feel at ease and provided excellent guidance throughout my appointment. I highly recommend taking the macular degeneration test, which is reasonably priced at only 25. It's a small investment for invaluable insight into the health of your eyes.

Harry was absolutely fantastic, he was very attentive and made sure I was seen quickly and made me feel extremely at ease with his open and chatty personality. Despite difficult and rude customers complaining for reasons out of his control he stayed positive and apologetic. A credit to the branch!

I needed help as my glasses had broken, I was staying with family. I bought them from Boots in Devon, I had insurance that covered damage but not franchise Boots stores. I wasn't aware of this when I took the insurance. The staff in here were amazing, within 24hrs they had mended them and called to pick them up. Thankyou very much, so very kind, welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended

Had an eye test and bought some new glasses couple weeks ago. Just picked them up and I can say, from the start of the patient journey, to the end. The service has been great. The testing was very through, the staff spent a lot of time helping me choose the right glasses (I can be abit picky) and when I collected them, they made sure I was happy with them and if they fit well. In all, a great all round experience. It seems management has changed hands recently and it shows, for the better! Would recommend highly to others.

Wonderful experience at the store. There seems to be a change of management who are extremely committed to provide a high level of service for their patients which, in turn, has been ingrained into the staff. They were knowledgable, considerate and very welcoming. Will be recommended this store to others.
