        I purchased new glasses last year after cataract surgery costing 400.00 after initial glasses not fit for purpose. I rang for an urgent appointment today could not be seen until Thursday recommended I went to Spec savers. Best advice given. I certainly will not be going be hoing back to Boots opticians

        As a Spec Saver customer I had already booked my eye test but thought Id call into Boots Optician to check out the range of frames available. A lovely lady called Julie approached me and offered advice on frames that would suit my face. She was so helpful and honest that I came back with my prescription (after not finding anything I like more at the other optician) and bought 2 pairs of frames (one sunglasses). It was a really lovely experience choosing my glasses and next time Ill book my eye test here too. Thank you all at East Grinstead

        I really wanted to acknowledge Boots in East Grinstead. I changed to Varifocals and never looked back. It took me a few weeks to get use to them. Having someone who cared at the end of a phone to handle any concerns I had, got me through the process and I never looked back. You see its the 1-1 personal care that makes all the difference with Boots . Thank you . DMS
