Whoever Sandras boss is, Im telling you now, this lady needs a payrise. And a substantial one at that. Good, old fashioned customer service and a smile with some banter thrown in. Sandra answered every question and gave me ideas and suggestions and made my first foray into the tile world so easy and enjoyable. I meant what I said about the payrise - Sandra is an absolute asset to your business!
